In 2025, Andrea Lu was selected as a finalist of the 3rd Salamander International Art Prize, organised by Monteoliveto Gallery, among 15 international artists. The award ceremony took place on 3 June 2025 at the Piccola Galleria Resistente, in the heart of Naples. Andrea Lu presented Cycle 2 – Heroines - Traveller – Homage, a work paying tribute to Chantal Lora, director and co-founder of the gallery, in whose memory the prize was created.
In 2023, Andrea Lu took part in Sur la Route #2 — Internal Borders, the second instalment of the travelling exhibition organised by Monteoliveto Gallery, MG Paris and Bicycle House, in collaboration with the association Bike for Heritage. Bringing together 18 international artists around the theme of internal borders, the project covered 1,338 km by bike across Italy, crossing 15 regions and staging 7 ephemeral events along the way, before reaching Paris.
Andrea Lu also designed the event's logo, commissioned by the gallery as the lasting visual identity for this recurring project.
Between 2021 and 2022, Andrea Lu took part in Sur la Route (On the Road), a travelling exhibition organised by Monteoliveto Gallery, MG Paris and Bicycle House, in collaboration with the association Bike for Heritage. Bringing together 18 international artists, the exhibition journeyed between Naples and Paris, showing at Bicycle House within the Galleria Principe di Napoli, and then at Monteoliveto Gallery Éphémère in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
In 2021, Andrea Lu took part in the 2nd edition of MAD for Naples and for Somma Vesuvio, a group exhibition organised by Monteoliveto Gallery and MG Paris in collaboration with the Neapolitan associations Vesuviani in cammino and Vulcano Metropolitano, with the support of the City of Naples, the Metropolitan City, the Vesuvius National Park and the Municipality of Massa di Somma. Bringing together twenty international artists, the exhibition offered a fresh perspective on Naples and the Somma-Vesuvius region, beyond the usual clichés. Andrea Lu presented Parthenope, a work rooted in the mythical origins of the city.
In 2021, Andrea Lu took part in Napoli… imaginée — La mostra della ripartenza, Season 1, a group exhibition organised by Monteoliveto Gallery and MG Paris in collaboration with Galleria Salvatore Serio in Naples. Bringing together eleven Italian and French artists, the exhibition presented works inspired not by Naples as it is, but as each artist imagined it.
Featuring a theatrical experience (21 October), the exhibition, dedicated to lightness, was guided by the thread of theatrical comedy — an exhibition partly filmed during lockdown.

In 2020, Andrea Lu took part in Graphica 2, a four-person exhibition dedicated to graphic works, where powerful messages and dreamlike imagery meet.
